GPAI operates on the concept of two levels of alliances.

• One alliance is with a smaller, more elite clientele in order to ensure confidentiality and longer term relationships.
• The other level of alliance is with local consulting operations in various markets and regions of the world, or with various consulting firms with expertise in functional areas such as manufacturing or regulatory issues.

This allows GPAI to offer "One Contact" contracting to address issues across a wide range of expertise or geographic areas.
